What a week!

I am so freakin glad this last week is over. What a week from hell. The Friday before this last Friday, Natalie went to the doctor for her 9 month check up. She's a tiny turd, 15lbs 3 oz & 28 inches (5th percentile), but she a healthy girl! She had a cold that week prior and the doc said she had a very mild sinus infection. He gave us some amoxicilian for it. Well Friday at daycare she had been having very loose stools and was just a tired girl. It only got worse. All weekend and all last week we fought the rotavirus. Poor girl, we went through soooo many changes of clothes, sheets, changing pad covers & baths. JR and I had to split days up to stay home with her and try to get hours in at work (and school for me too). It just sucked, I felt so bad for my little girl...she was miserable. Thursday evening, she finally started feeling better and by Friday was pretty much her laughing, happy self again. This weekend has been much better!!

I should be doing homework right now, but instead I'm wasting time on the internet. lol. My exciting domestic purchase this weekend was, I finally, after wanting one for a while, bought a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer. It's so nice and so pretty! It's like part of the family. :)

My brother, sister in law and nephew (Steve, Shannon & Logan) are coming to visit this week. They fly into Boise from Michigan on Tuesday and will be here for a week. That will be nice to see them and see how much Logan has changed. He is a month and 14 days older then Natalie so they are nice and close in age.
Our vacation to Michigan is getting closer and closer. June just doesn't seem like very far away at all. We are still planning on coming the end of June. I don't want this to take up a lot of my journal so I'm not getting into it here, but my sister isn't getting married anymore. It was a sad situation at first, but now my sympathy is gone. Nough said. JR and I really need to sit down and figure out what the plan is while we are there also. Mackinac Island fo sho.
